I just recently started going here and wanted to wait a few weeks to get the full experience before I left a review. These folks are phenomenal! So he’s a quick history. I’m 42 and have not seen a chiropractor since my teenage years when I used to go with my family to Dr. Fleischer in Trappe. Life moves fast, things are forgotten, and finding time to take care of yourself when you own and run your own business is quite a challenge! My wife saw a Facebook post regarding a special and signing up for chiropractic care. My mornings are busy but I felt I was able to make this work so we both signed up and had our consultation. I’m no stranger to chiropractic care and I’m well aware of the benefits of correction and then regular maintenance of the spine. If you’ve never learned about what happens to your nerves, spine, and body when your spine is out of alignment, I highly recommend reading up on it. It’s simple and most folks don’t realize that a properly aligned spine is key to allowing your brain to send essential signals to the rest of your body to heal. So with that said, we did some x-rays, discussed issues I’m having, and other things that may impact my day to day life. From that point, we scheduled a follow-up and first adjustment. And remember folks, they aren’t cracking your back. They are adjusting the alignment of your vertebrae. The crack is simply a sound. No, laying down, getting adjusted, and feeling better doesn’t fix the issues. Throughout your day, there are many many things that can cause subluxations in your spine. What chiropractic care does is repeatedly correct those subluxations so that over time your spine can maintain that proper alignment and your body can function at an optimal level. So from that first adjustment, we scheduled a week out, three times a week. I started with a 10 minute muscle stim which if you’ve never done it, is incredibly relaxing and relieving. Then up to the table to be adjusted. That’s it! It’s quick, it’s direct, and you will immediately see your range of motion increase. Now, onto a scheduled massage. The following week, we added a 30minute massage once a week in place of stim. I have never had a massage in my life! Hard to believe, I know, but very true. So I arrived for my morning appt., and proceeded to get my massage. Fantastic! Relaxing! And felt like a million bucks! Almost immediately I then headed to the table to get my adjustment. Again, my range of motion is great! And after that, I simply repeated these appointments each week, 3 times a week. Eventually, we will knock it down to once a week for the purpose of maintaining the corrections made of all the previous appointments. So with all that said, how is the staff? Nothing short of welcoming, professional, and helpful first and foremost! Scheduling appointments is super quick and easy, you’re never left standing there wondering what’s next or where to go. Check in is as simple as, type in your phone number on the computer and bam, you pop right up and you’re checked in. I’ve not experienced a wait any longer than 2-3 minutes. The doctors are very warm and willing to make small talk or answer your questions. The reception folks are always smiling and know you by name almost immediately. (Personally, I’m terrible with names, so it’ll take me some time to remember everyone) The sweet young lady who does the stim is spot on and checks in on you to make sure you’re comfortable. And the ladies who do massages are incredible! They’ll small talk with you, explain what they’re doing, and make sure you’re getting the best they know how to give! I feel fantastic when I’m done and feel like I’m ready to take on the day! All in all, I highly recommend this establishment and the services they provide! I’m so glad I’m back in chiropractic care and have made the decision to pay more attention to my health and well being. It’s been neglected for too long and I can already feel the difference. If I could give more stars than 5, I certainly would!
